    ABOUT US

    关于我们:

To practice multilateralism, facilitate the pragmatic development of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, and align with the Belt and Road Initiative, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), ASEAN economic and trade cooperation, as well as relevant UN economic and trade cooperation frameworks, we aim to smooth two-way economic and trade flows between BRICS countries and emerging markets, and tackle practical challenges including asymmetric cross-border supply and demand information, high international procurement costs and poor industrial and technological matching.

In August 2025, under the strategic guidance of the Chinese Council of the BRICS Think Tank Cooperation, the BRICS Multilateral International Trade Cooperation Committee (Russia), the BRICS Multilateral International Trade Cooperation Committee (Mongolia), BRICS Multilateral Trade International Cooperation Service Center Limited (Hong Kong), Hangzhou Qiermai International Trade Group Co., Ltd., and Anhui Zhongzhi Cross-border E-commerce Research Institute Co., Ltd. jointly initiated the establishment of the BRICS Multilateral Trade International Procurement Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Service Center), with the official English name: BRICS Multilateral Trade International Procurement Service Center (abbreviation: BRICS-MTIPC). The Service Center is located at the China Cooperation Center of the BRICS Special Economic Zone in Hangzhou, China.

Targeting full BRICS members and BRICS partner countries, and engaging economies under the Belt and Road Initiative, SCO and ASEAN, the Service Center adheres to two-way openness: exporting products, projects and technologies overseas; and introducing products, resources and cooperation opportunities into China, so as to form a full-value chain covering cross-border trade, industrial projects, technological coordination and resource connectivity.
